Faith Regional Health Services in Norfolk, NE asked me to come to them and photograph the new addition that was recently completed on the Carson Cancer Center. This new addition includes a brand new, state of the art, cancer radiation treatment. The new machine is a Varian TrueBeam. It provides the ability to target radiation doses with more precision than ever before, speeding up treatments and reducing the risk of side effects. This new technology being available right here in Norfolk, NE, ensures that patients won’t need to travel to a larger city and will save the patient’s valuable time. This whole addition to Faith Regional Health Services, Carson Cancer Center was made possible with help from the Johnny Carson Foundation.
Along with commercial photography of the space, we also took Commercial Lifestyle Portraits of Dr. Zahra. As well as other members of the staff.
We also wanted to show off how the TrueBeam works. So we brought in a patient and had the staff show us what they would do during a normal session.
